Smoking is of course far more dangerous, and people who are using nicotine replacement to give up should continue to use it and consult their GPs if they are concerned. The important message is not to overuse it, and to follow advice on the packet.

Very Well Said! I am a smoker myself and plan on quitting on my own first, if that doesnt help then I will resort to the gum, inhaler etc. It seems as if anything you do, eat, wear, use, will give you cancer these days. Hopefully a cure is coming soon. No more people need to suffer.
